Modification and Cancellation Policy

Modifications and cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:

• Until 18 October 2024: 50% refund. Name change is possible for free.


• As from 18 October 2024: No refund. Name change is possible for free.


• Name changes will not be possible onsite.


• The VBP conference team and/or MedTech Europe and TMAB cannot be held liable for double registration or travel visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.


• The VBP conference team and/or MedTech Europe and TMAB may not be held liable and no refund will be made if the Event is delayed, cancelled or turned into an online event due to force majeure or as a consequence of an extraordinary event or circumstances beyond their control.


• The VBP conference team/ MedTech Europe reserve the right to change the program of the Event. Participants are invited to review the website updates on a regular basis.
